Lewisburg Alumni Association Hall of Fame

The Lewisburg Area High School Alumni Association, in conjunction with the Lewisburg Area School District, is proud to announce the formation of an Athletic and Fine Arts Hall of Fame.

The goal of the Hall of Fame is to recognize and honor Lewisburg Area High School graduates who have had outstanding achievements in athletics and the fine arts while at LAHS and beyond. The Hall of Fame will also recognize coaches, teams, and Dragon supporters.

If you know of an individual, coach, or team who is worthy of being admitted into the Hall of Fame, please nominate them by using one of the methods described below.

Lewisburg Area High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame

The Lewisburg Area High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame is committed to recognizing, preserving, and promoting the proud heritage of LAHS. Many of our graduates, faculty, and staff have made extraordinary and noteworthy contributions in athletics and the fine arts while attending or working within the Lewisburg Area High School and beyond. This Hall of Fame was established to create a lasting tribute to those individuals and teams who brought honor to our school and community and to honor their contributions and accomplishments.

ATHLETE: If an athlete, the candidate must be an LAHS graduate and out of high school for at least five (5) years. Recognition at the county, district, regional, and state levels will be considered, in addition to postgraduate accomplishments.

COACH: If a coach, the candidate must have coached at Lewisburg Area High School for at least five (5) years.

FINE ARTS: The candidate must have excelled and/or contributed to the fine arts at LAHS (acting, music, band, visual arts, etc.)

TEAM: The LAHS Hall of Fame recognizes teams that have achieved outstanding success in their respective sports and have brought honor and recognition to our school and community. To be eligible for nomination, a team must have competed at least ten years ago and have demonstrated excellence, sportsmanship, and integrity in their performance

DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD (D.S.A.): The candidate may or may not be a graduate or employee of Lewisburg Area High School (and not categorized above), but has made significant contributions to the Lewisburg Area High School community through athletics or fine arts.

examples: an individual with outstanding character who was involved as a trainer, a booster member, a stagehand, a prop builder, a scorekeeper, a chaingang member, a game manager, a director

Individual candidates and teams nominated for the LAHS Alumni Association Hall of Fame will be considered for their contributions and accomplishments while at Lewisburg and beyond (college, professional, etc.) in athletics and the fine arts. Nominees or teams must have graduated or competed at least five years before induction. There are two ways to nominate a person for the LAHS Alumni Association Hall of Fame.
